1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Stayblox, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. App billing and licenses
Apps are offered free, as a recurring subscription, or as a one-time purchase — each app's listing shows how it is billed. Depending on the app, billing is handled by Stayblox or directly by the app's developer. Your license covers use of the app on the Stayblox site you install it on, and uninstalling an app stops any future renewals.
3. Revenue share
App developers receive 80% of all sales revenue. Stayblox retains a 20% platform fee to cover hosting, payment processing, and platform maintenance.
4. App submission
By submitting an app, you confirm that you own all rights to the app and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Quality standards
All apps must meet our quality standards including mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, clean code, and documentation.
6. Review process
All submitted apps undergo a manual review process. We reserve the right to reject any app that does not meet our standards.
7. Prohibited content
Apps may not contain malicious code, hidden links, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You can uninstall an app at any time. For subscriptions, cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases are refundable only where the app is significantly different from its description, or where the law requires it.
9. Modifications
Stayblox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
