Tidio puts a live chat box on your site with an AI assistant (Lyro) that can answer common guest questions on its own - availability basics, house rules, directions - and hands off to you when it matters.
Conversations land in the Tidio inbox on web and mobile. Paste your public key into the app settings and the widget loads on every page. Find the key in Tidio under Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Installation.
